Do I have to relive what happened?
No. This work does not require you to retell every detail or relive the pain. We can release the weight of a memory without you having to sit inside it again.
How soon will I feel different?
Many people notice a real shift within the first few sessions. Because the work goes to the root instead of just managing symptoms, relief tends to come faster and last longer.
Is this only for major trauma?
